4 slices-Great Value 97% Lean ham1/3 cup Colburn Farms Mexican Style Cheese1/4 cup-Athenos Feta Cheese 4 eggs (1cup egg substitute)3/4 cup- zen (Japanese leaf vegetable)1/4 tea. black pepper
Directions
I made this to get away from the gluten or crusts but still have something easy for meal. Also my husband is growing Zen in his garden and I wanted a new way of using it instead of just steaming it or in salads. Zen cooks like spinach but has more of a collard flavor but milder; So great in nutrition.
