Feta Spinach Pasta Salad

1 Box Rotini cooked al dente8-10 Kalamata olives sliced thin1 Bunch fresh spinach washed and sliced into strips3 Vine ripened tomatoes chopped1 shallot finely chopped10 Basil leaves sliced thin1 oz. Feta cheese2 T brown mustard3 T red wine vinegar1/4 c olive oil
Mix together the mustard and the red wine. When combined slowly add the olive oil until incorporated. Mix together all other ingredients and top with dressing.
