Kidney Bean Coleslaw

Ingredients
4 cups coleslaw mix with carrots1/2 cup real bacon bits1 can (16 oz) red beans, drained & rinsed2 celery ribs, thinly sliced2/3 cup chopped onion4 tsp minced fresh parsley1/2 cup light Miracle Whip2 Tablespoons cider vinegar 1/2 tsp pepper 1/8 tsp salt
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the cole slaw mix, bacon, beans, celery, onion and parsley. In a small bowl, combine the mayo, vinegar, pepper and salt; pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 - 3 hours. Stir before serving. Yield: 6 - 8 servings.
