Chicken Taco Soup

Ingredients
1 can of corn1 can of black beans1 can of kidney beans (or chili beans)2 cans of rotel (diced tomatoes/green chilis)8oz can of tomato sauce1 taco seasoning packet2 chicken breasts
Directions
Drain both cans of beans (black and kidney/chili). Dump all cans in crockpot. Mix in taco seasoning. Optional: 1 can of beer for flavor (and added calories!)

Place raw chicken in liquid, covering complety.

Cook on low for 5-7 hours or high for 2.5-3 hours.

Shred chicken with fork before serving (take out of soup then return)

Optional: Serve with cheese, sour cream, tortilla chips.

Makes approx. 8 servings (1 cup each)
