Lowfat Granola

Ingredients
1 c. honey1 c. brown sugar1/2 c. applesauce1/2 c. oilCinnamon to taste10 c. oats
Directions
Melt, but not boil, honey, brown sugar, applesauce, oil and cinnamon. Pour over oats. Mix well. Divide onto two cookie sheets. Spread evenly. Bake each sheet for 30 minutes at 300. About halfway through baking stir each sheet to ensure even cooking and no clumping.
