Chili Egg Puff

Ingredients
10 Eggs1/2 tsp salt1 pint (2 c.) small curd cottage cheese4 c. shredded cheddar/jack cheese1/2 c. butter (melted and cooled)2-4 oz. cans diced green chili, drained
Directions
Beat eggs until light and lemon colored.
Incorporate cheeses and butter and mix until smooth.
Fold in chilis and pour into prepared baking dish.
Bake uncovered 35 minutes or until top is brown and center appears firm.
Let set 10-15 minutes to set center.

    WE just had this recipe at a work potluck/fund raiser thing. It was amazingly good and filling. I thought it would be a little spicy because of the chilis, but it really wasnt all that bad on the spice. Very mild in fact. I am in love with this recipe. Thanks - 10/20/10
