Black Bean, Rice, Salsa and corn salad

Ingredients
2 cups hot cooked rice2.5cups salsa-your favourite2.4black beans rinsed0.5cup frozen corn
Directions
Simple directions here. Mix everything into a bowl. No needed to heat corn it will thaw quickly with rice and other ingredients. If serving hot serve right away. If serving cold allow to come to room temperature and then refrigerate.

Makes 4 generous main entrees servings or 8 servings for sides.

I like to make this during BBQ season. It lends well to be eaten hot or cold. Goes great with any grilled meat as a side.
I prefer cold as a salad.

Its great to take along to potluck BBQs!
