Rhubarb Sprinkle Dessert

Ingredients
4-5 cups fresh rhubarb, chopped1 (3-oz) pkg cherry flavored gelatin1/2 cup Splenda Blend3/4 cup water1 yellow cake mix1/2 cup coconut1/3 cup ground pecans3/4 cup melted butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cover bottom of a greased 9 x 13 inch cake pan with rhubarb. Mix Splenda Blend and flavored gelatin together and sprinkle over rhubarb. Pour water over. Sprinkle cake mix on top, following with the coconut and pecans. Drizzle melted butter over all, do not mix. Bake until rhubarb is tender approximately 35-45 min.
Serve warm and refrigerate leftovers.
