Ingredients
- 1 scoop Spirutein (vanilla)- 1/4 cup goat's milk (low fat)- 1/2 cup cherries, frozen (pits removed)- 1/2 cup water- 1 cup spinach, frozen- 1 packet of Equal/sweetener- 2 big handfuls of ice cubes
Directions
Place all of the ingredients in a blender/food processor and blend until thick and smooth.
