Very good but actual cook time in my oven at least was at least 30 minutes - 4/3/12

I make a similar recipe except I use spray olive oil reducing the calories further. I spray the cookie sheet add the spices including paprika and spray the potatoes with olive oil spray. - 3/27/11

Such a delicious recipe. Sometimes I switch it up a little - sprinkle paprika or oregano on the potatoes. - 2/7/20

I didn't add quite as much garlic as the recipe called for, but after tasting I think 8 cloves would be just right. I really liked the taste of the dish and it is so easy to make. I did reheat leftovers the next day and they seemed to be too dry, so I'd recommend eating them all the first day. - 10/27/10

These are great and very easy. Wasn't sure if onion was to be chopped or sliced? And if garlic was whole cloves or minced? I minced the garlic and chopped the onion fine. - 3/29/10
