Southwest Chicken One Pan Recipe

1 can corn1 can black beans1 can mixed veggies2 bags Uncle Ben's Rice3 split Chicken Breasts (no skin)4 cups Mild Salsa
Spice Chicken liberally. Pour 2 cups of picante in a 9x13 pan.
Bake thirty minutes uncovered. Lift chickens from pan then mix beans, corn and mixed veggies into the pan and add two bags of rice and stir. Put chickens back in pan and cover with foil.
Cook fourty more minutes at 400 deg F. Let cool and serve half a breast and 1.5 cups of rice mix.
