Scrambled Tofu

Ingredients
1 lb firm tofu1 Tbsp soy sauce or Bragg's Liquid Aminos1 Tbsp onion powder OR 2 chopped green onions1/4 tsp turmeric1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning1 Green bell pepper, chopped1-2 tomatoes chopped1 Tbsp canned green chilesBlack salt, to taste
Directions
Crumble Tofu with hands
Mix everything into skillet except tomatoes
Heat for 5 to 8 minutes
Add tomatoes and continue heating until done
