Ingredients
Chicken tenderloinsFried Rice seasoningCooked brown ricefrozen stir fry veggies
Directions
Steam brown rice the night before and store in refrigerator (cold rice helps prevent it from becoming mushy). You may also want to boil the chicken tenderloins the night before for quick preparation.
Shred boiled chicken and place in deep pan or wok with cooking spray, cook chicken thoroughly. Add frozen veggies and cover & cook until veggies are done (about 5-8 min), add brown rice and seasoning. Stir all together and serve when rice is warmed through.
Grab your chopsticks and enjoy!

*This is a great recipe when you have already made brown rice in a large quantity and have leftovers in the fridge.
