One liter fresh waterOne chopped onionOne cup of fresh spinachTwo medium tomatoesA box of tofu, cut into cubesOne vegetable buliion cubeTwo tablespoons of Korean chili garlic paste
Put all ingredients into a pot and bring to a boil. Then lower to simmer for about 10 minutes. Serves four, or one hungry husband.
