Sesame Green Beans

1 pound of fresh green beans, trimmed1 tbsp sesame seeds2 tsp sesame oil2 tbsp lite soy sauce2 tbsp rice wine vinegar (rice vinegar)Pinch of red pepper flakes
Par boil green beans and rinse with cold water. Drain and set aside.
In non-stick skillet toast sesame seeds until golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside.
Add oil to pan and heat to very hot, but not smoking. Add beans and saute for 1 -2 minutes.
In the mean time mix together remaining ingredients and add to pan. Saute until well coated. Top with sesame seeds.
