2 c. xylitol1 3/4 c. flour3/4 c.cocoa powder1 1/2 t. baking powder1 1/2 t. baking soda1 t. salt2 portions Ener-G egg replacer1 c. soy milk1/4 c. Lighter Bake2 t. vanilla1 c. Boiling water
Directions
Combine all and beat well until well mixed.

Pour into a well prepared bunt cake pan

Dust with powdered sugar substitute

Bake at 325 for for 1 hour or until tooth pick inserted in center comes out clean
