Ingredients
Quinoa, Chopped Parsley, Green Onions / Scallions, Fresh Mint, Garlic Clove, Fresh Basil, Lemon Juice, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sea Salt, White Pepper.
Directions
Makes 6 Servings
To Cook Quinoa,
Bring 2 Cups water to a boil in a 2 quart sauce pan. Add 1 cup Quinoa, bring back to a boil, cover, cook over meduim heat for 12 minutes or until Quinoa has absorbed all the water. Remove from heat and fluff with a fork, cover and let stand 15 minutes. Yields about 4 cups. This info is on the back of the package. Toss together all other ingredients . Chill for 1 hour or more to let flavors blend. Thanks Bob!
