Fresh Pico De Gallo Salsa

Roma Tomatos, 4, firm, dicedWhite/Yellow/Red Onion, 1 medium, dicedFresh garlic, 2 cloves, mincedJalapeno pepper, 1 medium, mincedFresh Cilantro, 3 tablespoons, mincedLime, 2 limes, 1 to 1/2 limes, squeezed (to taste)1/4 teaspoon salt or more to taste
Dice roma tomatoes, dice about 1 cup or 1 medium onion, mix well. You want approximately equal amounts of onion and tomato.
Add 1/4 teaspoon salt. Mix well.
Squeeze 1 lime's juice. Mix well.
Taste. Add more salt and lime if necessary.
Add 2 cloves minced garlic.
Add 1 minced jalapeno pepper.
Add 3 tablespoons of fresh minced cilantro.
Serve with chips, enchiladas, burritos, tortillas, or just eat with a spoon out of the bowl! =)
