Cheddar Scramble

Ingredients
1 Egg2 Egg Whites1/4 cup onion1/2 cup parsley1 oz. smoked cheddarsplash waterdash salt
Directions
Saute onions in nonstick pan. Add dash of water to eggs and stir. Add dash of salt. Add eggs to pan. Cook for a minute, toss in parsley, stir for a minute. Reduce heat add cheddar till melted.
