Popeye's Turkey Casserole

Ingredients
  • 1 lbs Perdue 7% Fresh Lean Ground Turkey
  • 1 can Del Monte Fresh Cut Whole Leaf Spinach
  • 1 tbsp Blue Bonnet Light Margarine
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic Soup
  • 1 box Stove Top Turkey Stuffing Mix
  • 1/4 cup Nonfat Milk
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In skillet crumble and brown turkey. Drain any excess fat.
  3. In 2 quart sauce pan add butter, spinach and half can of soup.
  4. Break apart spinach leaves as mixture comes to slight boil.
  5. Remove from heat and add stuffing mixture. Blend until stuffing is completely mixed in.
  6. In 12x8 in baking dish, pour stuffing mixture in and spread to cover entire dish.
  7. Add turkey evenly to top of mixture.
  8. In bowl mix soup and milk until creamy; pour over top of turkey.
  9. Sprinkle cheese over top as desired.
  10. Bake for 15 minutes covered.

    This one had mix feelings at our house. Neither of us really care fo spinach so this probably won't be made again, but it was good and filling.
