- 1 lbs Perdue 7% Fresh Lean Ground Turkey
- 1 can Del Monte Fresh Cut Whole Leaf Spinach
- 1 tbsp Blue Bonnet Light Margarine
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic Soup
- 1 box Stove Top Turkey Stuffing Mix
- 1/4 cup Nonfat Milk
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In skillet crumble and brown turkey. Drain any excess fat.
- In 2 quart sauce pan add butter, spinach and half can of soup.
- Break apart spinach leaves as mixture comes to slight boil.
- Remove from heat and add stuffing mixture. Blend until stuffing is completely mixed in.
- In 12x8 in baking dish, pour stuffing mixture in and spread to cover entire dish.
- Add turkey evenly to top of mixture.
- In bowl mix soup and milk until creamy; pour over top of turkey.
- Sprinkle cheese over top as desired.
- Bake for 15 minutes covered.
