Chicken Nachos

2 skinless chicken breast cooked and chopped into tiny pieces.6 oz. Kraft 2% reduced fat Mexican cheese1/2 cup chopped green onion1/2 cup of sour cream1 fluid oz. of lime juice1 Tbsp of Pampered chef Jamaican Jerk Rub (or similar seasoning)6 oz. (12 chips per serving) Tostito scoops
preheat oven to 350 degrees
chop the chicken into very tiny pieces (you want them to fit in the scoops)
chop the green onions
mix the lime juice into the sour cream
mix the seasoning into the chicken
place the scoops on a baking pan put about a tsp of chicken mix into each scoop, top with shredded cheese.
put a drop of sour cream mixture on each scoop.
Place green onions on top as desired.
Bake for 10 -12 minutes @ 350.
