malay rice wraps

Ingredients
15 g vermicelli noodles2 shrimp or prawn cooked, devained, peeled, cut off tails1 rice wrap1 baby carrot 1 cucumber slicesweet chili sauce
Directions
season shrimp with chili pepper flakes, heat in a pan
finely slice cucumber and carrot into matchsticks pieces
boil vermicelli noodles aprx 3 mins
place rice wrap in warm water until clear

put a splash of sweet chili sauce onto noodles and place noodles in the rice paper wrap, add carrots, cucumber, shrimp and roll up wrap
refrigerate and enjoy

makes 1 wrap
