dixie crossroad corn fritters my way

Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour1 Tbls. baking powder.5 tsp. salt4 Tbls. splenda1 extra large egg1.5 oz.(one eggs worth) egg substitute4 Tbls. melted butter.5 cup canned or fresh sweet corn1 can (14.75) oz. cream style corn.25 canola oil for frying
Directions
sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Combine eggs, milk and melted butter. Fold in dry ingredients: adding corn last.
Drop by Tbls. into hot veggie oil and fry about 5 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy!
