526 grams Ground Turkey (99%)1 Can Bush's Seasoned Black Beans (drained, but not rinsed)40 grams Roasted Red Pepper1 Can diced green chilis (drained)100 grams white onion (big dice to fit in food processor)1 Cup Minute Brown Rice (prepared and allowed to cool for a while)
Put everything but the brown rice & ground turkey in food processor and combine. Add ground turkey and process.
Turn into bowl and stir in brown rice & chill. Divide into 6 patties and cook.
