Pampered Chef's Chicken Fajita Pizza

1 T olive oil1 whole chicken breast or 2 single breasts, no skin or bone, cut into strips1 garlic clove, pressed1 T chili powder1/2 teas. salt1 cup each: vadalia onion, green, red & yellow bell peppers1/2 cup Pace mild salsa2 cups Monterey Jack cheese1 Pillsbury refrigerated pizza crust- thin crust
Makes 12 single slice servings for 4 points each slice on weight watcher program. Points can be less if chicken and cheese is modified.
Preheat oven to 425.
To Make: Roll out dough on pan and pre-cook for 5-8 minutes. Watch carefully to remove when crust part of pizza dough is browning. Set aside to ready for topping.
In a large skillet or stir fry type pan, heat oil on medium high and add garlic & chicken strips-stir fry about 5 minutes. Add chili powder and salt- stir. Pour in onion and pepper mixture and stir fry until veggies are tender crisp.
Remove skillet from heat. Use a slotted spoon to move mixture from skillet to pre-baked pizza crust. Arrange so colors of peppers and chicken is evenly spaced over crust. Sprinkle salsa over top of mixture, then cheese.
Bake @ 425 for 15-18 minutes. Pizza crust should be browning on the bottom.
