Hamburger Medley Macaroni

Ingredients
1 - 28 oz can Whole Tomatoes 1 lb Ground Beef, extra lean 1 cup of Macaroni (uncooked)3 tbsp Salsa (or to taste)1 tbsp garlic (or to taste)1 tsp chili powder (or to taste)2 chopped green onions1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
Directions
Brown beef, onions and mushrooms. Drain. Cook pasta til tender to taste. Add beef mixture to cooked pasta. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer to hot throughout.

You may need to add a a tsp or two of water to keep a slight liquid sauce. Or add ketchup/spaghetti sauce as an alternative.

You can add or delete ingredients according to your taste. Serve with a green vegetable!

    This was excellent. I changed the macaroni to Gluten Free Corn Rotelli noodles and added Hunt's no preservatives 100% Natural ketchup (1 cup) and my husband LOVED it. He said, "You can make that dish again!" Finally, one he likes too. :) - 8/13/13
