Butchie's Beef Kabobs

Ingredients
16 oz beef tenderloin, cut into cubes1 green pepper, quartered and then cut each quarter in half1 small onion , quartered and each quarter halved 6 mushrooms8 cherry tomatoes
Directions
Pepper all the beef cubes and let stand for 5 minutes

Evenly divide the beef cubes

Place beef - onion, beef - tomato, beef - green pepper, beef -mushroom on each of the four skewers until full

Grill over medium heat until meat is done to personal taste
