Hot Cocoa

Ingredients
1 Tbsp cocoa powder3 Tbsp granulated sugar1 c nonfat milk
Directions
1) Add cocoa and sugar to a coffee mug and stir to blend.
2) Add 2 tablespoons of the milk to the mug, and stir to blend the contents into a smooth syrup.
3) Gradually add the remaining milk to the mug, while stirring constantly. Continue stirring until fully blended.
4) Place mug in microwave for 1 minute. Stir.
5) Return mug to microwave for 1 more minute. Watch closely to ensure hot cocoa does not boil over.
6) Remove, stir and serve.
7) Add marshmallow fluff and semi-sweet chocolate chips, as shown in the photo, but don't forget to count the extra calories.
