Vegetarian Lettuce Tacos

Ingredients
1/2 cup fat free refried beans2 Tbsp Salsa5 Romaine Lettuce Leaves1/4 cup shredded cheese (mexican blend or your choice)
Directions
Place salsa and refried beans in small saucepan. Heat and stir on Medium heat until warm.

Use lettuce leaves as "taco shells". Place about 1 Tbsp of warm bean mixture onto each leaf, and top with shredded cheese.

Enjoy! (makes 1 serving)
