Skillet Lasagna

Ingredients
* Egg, fresh, 1 medium (remove) * Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp (remove) * Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp (remove) * Basil, 1 tbsp (remove) * Garlic, 3 clove (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 small (remove) * Sorrento Part-Skim Ricotta Cheese, 8 oz (remove) * Hunt's Tomato Sauce, 850 gram(s) (remove) * Healthy Harvest Whole Wheaat Blend Pasta, 246 (remove) * Kraft Reduced Fat Parmesam, 12 tsp (remove) * Kraft 2% Mozzarella, 28 gram(s) (remove) * Extra Lean Ground Beef, 36 oz (remove)
Directions
In a large skillet, brown beef with onions and garlic. Drain.
Add tomatoes, water, tomato sauce,
Stir in uncooked pasta.
Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until pasta is tender.
Combine cottage and Parmesan cheeses.
Mix in the egg.
Drop cheese mixture by rounded tablespoons onto pasta mixture.
Cover and cook for 5 minutes more.
Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and serve.
