Black Bean Burgers

Ingredients
Beans, black: 1 can - rinsed, drained, dried1 Bell pepper: diced1 Onion (raw), choppedGarlic, 1 clove dicedChili powder, 1 tbsp 1 eggground cumin, 1 tbspRolled Oats, 0.5 cup - whirled in food processorPanco Crumbs, 0.25 cup Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mush black beans. Add diced pepper, onion and garlic. Mix together egg with seasonings. Combine with first mix. Add oats. Add panco crumbs to desired texture. Cook at 375 degrees, 10 minutes per side.
