Mexican Okra

Ingredients
16 oz Frozen Okra1 14 oz can diced tomatoes1/2 small onion1 tbs chili powder1/2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Place frozen Okra in pan, cover with water, bring to boil and cook for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Dice Onion.
Saute onions until golden brown.
Add Okra, canned tomatoes and Chili Powder.
Cook over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
