Colleen's Spanish Rice

Ingredients
2 lbs Ground Beef (80% lean)1 1/2 cups raw brown rice1 large can crushed tomatoes1 large onion, minced1 large green bell pepper, chopped1 Tablespoon garlic, minced1/4 cup chili powder
Directions
Brown ground beef and drain off fat. Add remaining ingrediants and cook over low heat until rice is tender.
