Bierock Casserole

Ingredients:2 lb Ground chuck1 small head Cabbage, shredded1 C Diced onions1 can Cream of mushroom soup2 cans Refrigerated crescent rolls2 C Cheddar cheese, shredded Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Brown hamburger and onions, drain.
2. Add cabbage, steam, then add soup and heat thoroughly.
3. Line bottom of 9X13" pan with 1 can of rolls flattened.
4. Top rolls with meat mixture then cheese.
5. Cover with second can of rolls and pinch seams together.
6. Bake for 30 minutes at 350º.
