Chinese Chicken Salad with Slaw

chicken fillets- 2ground ginge r- 1/4 tsesame oil lite - 1 Tbslight soy sauce -2 Tbsrice vinegar - 2 Tbschow mein noodles - 1/2 cupslaw mix - 8 oz.2 green onions
Grill or bake chicken fillets. Cut into bite size pieces then combine with slaw mix and chopped green onions. Blend oil, vinegar, and soy sauce with ginger. Drizzle over salad mix and add chow mein noodles. Toss and serve.
