Potato Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
3 cups chicken broth16 oz red potato, diced1 cup milk, nonfat3 oz. cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded4 oz. mushrooms, fresh, sliced
Directions
In a large saucepan, heat broth, potatoes, mushrooms until potatoes are cooked. Use potato masher to break up potato chunks further if desired. Add milk and cheese and heat until hot.

Serves 4 at 1-1/4 cups each
