Caesar Salad

Ingredients
1 small clove garlic, minced1/3 C olive oil 1 lb. Romain Lettuce 1 large egg in shell 3/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. ground pepper 3 tbsp. lemon juice 3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Directions
Mix garlic and oil and let stand at room temp. Tear Romaine into large pieces. Pour hot water over egg and let stand 1 minute, then rinse under cold water to stop cooking. Toss Romaine with garlic oil mixture and salt and pepper. Break egg into middle of greens, sprinkle with lemon juice and Worcestershire and toss well with Parmesan cheese. Toss lightly and serve.
Note: I eliminate the 1 cup of croutons in the original receipe

    As you know, I have eaten the whole thing by myself! That's why I wanted to know what the count was! We will have to eat this together only -- or at least with other people!
