chicken fried steak

Ingredients
24 oz cube steak1/2 cup white flour2 large eggs1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper4 tbsp vegetable oil
Directions
on a plate add flour, salt & pepper mix.... in a seprate bowl add eggs, and 1/4 cup water mix....
dip cube steak in egg mixture then in to flour mixture... I repeat this twice....in a skillet add vegetable oil and heat it up then fried your steak 10 mins on each side on medium heat.....

makes 6 --- 4 oz servings
