Ingredients
2 lbs Kielbasa or Smoked Sausage, sliced1 Qt Jar Sauerkraut, drained2 Medium Onions, diced3 Cloves Garlic, sliced/diced/minced
Directions
Makes approx. 10 1-cup servings

Slice sausage to desired size.
Dice onions and garlic to desired size.
Saute sausage, onions, and garlic together until fully cooked.
Blend in sauerkraut.
