Ingredients
1 Tbsp Milk (1%)1/2 cup Cottage Cheese, nonfat1 tsp Mustard2 Tbsp Onion, chopped2 TBSP Celery, chopped1/4 tsp Salt3 Hard-boiled eggs, diced
Directions
Makes 3 3/4 cup servings

Mix cottage cheese & milk.
Add mustard, onion, celery, and salt. Mix well.
Gently stir in diced egg.

Serve as a sandwich filling or in a wrap.
