Directions
Split Pita Bread into two rounds. Chop and Dice Tomatoes together. Spread Ricotta Cheese evenly on both rounds. Add Tomatoes, Basil and other seasonings to taste. Preheat Toaster oven to 400 and bake for 10min. Then Enjoy a Perfect Pita Pizza!!
