Ingredients:*Brown Rice, medium grain, 2 cup (remove)Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 2 cup Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, chopped Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped *Balsamic Vinegar, 4 tbsp Dill weed, dried, .5 tsp
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and toss well.
