Rotel Chicken and Rice

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, sliced into stripsmed onion chopped1 clove garlic2 cans Rotel 1 C rice1 C Cheddar cheeseSaute garlic and onion in cooking spray, add chicken and cook until done. Add Rotel, 1/2 c water and rice.Cook 20 minutes or until done. Cover with cheese.
