Sweet and Sour Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
1.5 lb. pork tenderloin1 cup of pineapple juice1 cup of Splenda1 cup of distilled vinegar1 cup of lite soy sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 300. Place tenderloin in a 9x12 baking dish. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over tenerloin. Bake at 300 for approximately 1.5 hours, turning tenderloin frequently. This serves 4 people. Leftovers can be frozen
