2 C Broccoli fresh chopped2 C Saulifower - fresh chopped2 C Carri0s - slice8 oz chicken breast chopped2 T LaChoy Sir Fry Teriyaki
Directions
Cook the chicken in a wok. once done add the veggies and teriyaki Cook at350* until done. Serve over brown rice. Makes two large servings
