Ingredients
Low fat plain yogurtFrozen peaches, banana, strawberriesPineapple JuiceCranberry Juice Cocktail
Directions
Add yogurt to blender first (we love our Vita-Mix for high power blending).
Add the two juice types, watching the measurement markers on side of blender.
Add the frozen fruit (amount is a bit of a guesstimate)

Start blender at a slow speed and gradually increase speed until blended creamy smooth. Should come out fairly thick, add more frozen fruit if it's too runny.

    this was really good. my only complaint is that the recipe doesn't specify amounts for the ingredients so I didn't know how much to add of each ingredient. used 1 banana and it was too strong. needed more fruit and juices I used peach cranberry cocktail, and a pineapple orange bananna juice mix - 9/10/10
