Ingredients
Peas and carrots, frozen, 250 gramsRed Potato, 50 gramsPasta, cooked, 3 ozSoup, bouillon cubes and granules, low sodium, dry, 2 teaspoonTomato Paste, 25 gramsTurmeric, ground, 1 tbspPepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbspCurry powder, 1 tbspSalt, 1 tsp*Cumin seed, 1 tspOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
Directions
Just throw all the ingredients in a bowl and cover with cold water. Bring to the boil and lower heat for about 30 minutes. Easy peasy and serves 2.
