1 TBSP sesame seeds toasted1 TBSP pure olive oil2 cloves garlic minced1 TBSP minced ginger3 Cups sliced portabella mushrooms1 Cup sliced shitake mushrooms2 Cups baby bok choy diced1 TBSP soy sauce lite1 TBSP hoisin sauce1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions1/4 TSP hot pepper flackes1/4 TSP pepper2 TBSP lemon juice
Toast sesame seeds by tossing in a dry skillet over medium-low heat until light brown. Remove from pan ans

In the same pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, cook for about 1 minute, or until fragrant. Stir in all the mushrooms and saute for about 2 minutes
Add bok choy amd cook for another 3 minutes, or until bok choy softens. Add soy sauce and remove from heat.
Stir in green onions pepper flakes and hoisin sauce
Drizzle with lemon juice and top with toasted sesame seeds.
