1/2 cup brown sugar1/4 cup pecans1 tsp lemon juice1 T melted butter (or substitute)12 oz salmon
Mix the first 4 ingredients together. Place tin foil on a baking sheet and spray with non-stick spray. Place salmon on the tin foil and cover with the brown sugar mixture. Bake at 450 for 10-12 minutes per inch of thickness. Salt and pepper to taste (not in the calories for this recipe).
