Dozer's baked spaghetti

Ingredients
1 pound 93% lean ground turkey1 box (14.5 oz.) Barilla Plus multigrain pasta spaghetti2 cups fresh sliced mushrooms1 can (15 oz.) Hunts 100% natural tomato sauce2 cans Ro Tel Original diced tomatoes & green chilies1 can (6 oz.) Hunts 100% natural tomato paste1 cup Krogers shredded fat free mozzarella cheese2 TBSP garlic powder1 medium onion diced
Directions
Place large pot of water on to boil for spaghetti. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

While waiting for water to boil, brown ground turkey in a large skillet and drain fat. Add diced onions, mushrooms & garlic powder and cook until onions begin to brown.

Hopefully by now the water is boiling and you can place your spaghetti in water and cook for 10 minutes.

While spaghetti is boiling, we can now add the Ro Tel tomatoes & chilies, tomato sauce and tomato paste to ground turkey. mix well. Reduce heat and allow to simmer and thicken while stirring occasionally.

Drain spaghetti and set aside.

In a 9 X 13 baking dish spread turkey mixture accross bottom. Take the drained spaghetti and spread in a layer evenly over turkey mixture. Place dish in oven uncovered and bake for 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on the top and place back in oven for an additional 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and cut into 8 equal servings.

Spaghetti and sauce will still be a little messy, I use a spatula and spoon to plate each serving.

For a non spicy version you can replace the Rotel tomatoes and Chillies with regular Hunts 100% natural diced tomatoes.
